2016 has been a big year!

Here at ProsperWorks, we partnered with Google, redesigned our website, and worked hard to constantly improve our CRM to enhance your workflow Let's take a trip down memory lane with a month-by-month breakdown of how 2016 shaped up!

January - Google Becomes a ProsperWorks Customer

Google became an official ProsperWorks customer in January 2016 and we’re proud that they did. Not only does Google trust us to be their number one recommended CRM solution, they use us to help run their business!

The Google for Work and Education team chose ProsperWorks CRM for the same reason they recommended us for their customers: we’re purpose-built for Google from the ground up, using Google Material Design. We also have tight integration with G Suite, and our security meets Google’s stringent standards for robust cloud solutions. Learn more here.

February - Bulk Edit, Multi-Select Filters, and Searchable Dropdown Fields

It’s always exciting to deliver a feature that our customers have been asking for - bulk edit, multi-select filters, and searchable dropdown fields were exactly that. We have continued to improve on those features over the year and make them even better than the original!

These features save teams tons of time, which is our top priority for our customers. Check out the original release here.

March - ProsperWorks Wins Google’s Best New Tech Partner

Google TeamWork 2016

In March, we attended Google TeamWork 2016. The highlight of the conference for ProsperWorks was winning the “2015 Google Apps Partner of the Year: Best New Tech Partner” award! Jon Lee, our CEO and founder, was on hand to accept the award on behalf of the ProsperWorks team. Read more here.

April - Gmail Hacks

Our team not only wants to provide you with a valuable CRM, but we also want to provide you with valuable content to increase your productivity. We published a blog post on 12 Gmail hacks you can use to streamline your workflow. Learn more here.

May - Manage Team Visibility and Permissions within ProsperWorks CRM

Who can access what information and make changes is a critical feature for CRMs. We take security within your CRM very seriously, so we knew this was a necessary feature to develop. This blog post explains the features in detail!

June - ProsperWorks Awarded with the TRUSTe Certified Privacy Seal

As the summer heat began to rise, so did our recognition as a safe and trustworthy software provider.

Upon being awarded the TRUSTe Certified Privacy Seal, our customers can rest easy knowing that ProsperWorks fully complies with TRUSTe’s industry-leading, third-party privacy best practices.

Read more about the security and privacy of our customers here.

July - Inside ProsperWorks is Born

Since ProsperWorks launched in 2015, no team has adopted the software quite like our own. So back in July, we decided to share our success.

From sales managers and reps, all the way to the product development and customer success teams, Inside ProsperWorks showcases our use of ProsperWorks from an internal standpoint. Check out how you can apply these use cases to your team!

August - ProsperWorks Tops Best CRM Software

Screen Shot 2016-08-02 at 9.24.51 AMBy August, it was clear that we would be bringing the heat all summer long. When G2 Crowd (the world’s leading business software review platform) released their summer ’16 rankings, they crowned ProsperWorks as the #1 CRM for customer satisfaction!

As stated in their official press release, “G2 Crowd finds ProsperWorks CRM tops highest overall satisfaction ratings,” based on more than 7,120 reviews written by business professionals. Check out a breakdown of the feedback (complete with G2 Crowd testimonials directly from our customers), illustrating how ProsperWorks came out on top here.

September - ProsperWorks Receives $24M in Series B Funding

ProsperWorks was founded to give every growing business a CRM that they will actually use. We are a CRM that removes data entry, that’s as easy to use as Gmail and gives businesses the visibility and insights needed to cultivate their customer relationships.

In September, we raised $24 million in funding and will be putting every bit of that back into making the CRM you love to use even better. Our CEO, Jon Lee, shares the story here.

October - Accelerator Suite is Launched

With the fall weather came the launch of our Accelerator Suite.

Traditional CRMs say they help you make better decisions, but then why does everyone buy Tableau and Domo to get insights? They claim they help you track the metrics you care most about, but that really means you’re manually pulling dozens of reports every day.

Accelerator Suite is comprised of Leaderboards, Today Dashboards, Leads Dashboards, Sales Dashboards, and Goals. Learn more about these features here.

November - Multi-Select Custom Fields

Multi-select custom fields was another feature we were incredibly excited to deliver. This means fewer tags, fewer custom fields, and a more streamlined workflow! Cleaner data = better results.

Learn more about this customization here.

December - Gets a Fresh Face

Most recently, we relaunched to reflect how we have grown as a brand. We also did a navigation overhaul in the product, making it even easier for you to locate items within ProsperWorks. Learn all the details here.

Thanks for helping us make the last year so incredible - we can't wait to see what's in store for 2017!
