We’re willing to bet you and your team find yourselves sending the same email over and over again when communicating with leads and customers. Great news! Now you can send emails right inside ProsperWorks using templates and in bulk. This gives you a quick and simple way to keep in touch with individuals and groups of people without using your keyboard!

So, what’s new?

Email templates

With templates, you compose an email, save it as a template in ProsperWorks and send it straight from your CRM. Managing your leads and customers will be easier and productivity will increase, as you cut down the time spent responding to emails every day. After all, following up is a breeze when you don’t have to reinvent the wheel each time you send an email!

We have personal templates for individual use and shared templates that can be accessed by an entire team. You can upload your company’s most successful personal templates as shared templates, making it easy to implement email best practices to the whole company. These shared templates not only remove duplicative work but give you the ability to drive consistent messaging and process across the team.

Bulk email

With bulk email, you can send a filtered list of people the same message, without losing the personal touch your relationships deserve. You’ll maintain high-quality engagements with your customers, even at scale, by preserving a consistent message.

Best of all? Now that you can send so many emails at once, you’ll decrease the time you spend on busy work and maybe even be able to reach out to people you might not have otherwise. You can utilize templates to save even more time, but keep your messages personalized with merge fields.

Anything else you should know?

For both personal and shared templates, you can use merge fields to keep your emails personalized. A merge field is a field in an email template that incorporates values from a record in your CRM. You can include the following fields:

Recipient Merge Fields

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Company Name
  • Address
  • Title
  • Contact Type
  • Owner
  • Leads and Person Custom Fields (only available when composing emails – not available for templates)

Sender Merge Fields

  • Sender Name
  • Sender Email
  • Sender Phone
  • Sender Company Name

If you chose to, your Gmail email signature can be automatically included at the end of messages. You can toggle this setting on and off in your Email Settings.

You’re also able to attach a subject line to every template. It will pre populate when you select the template you want to use and eliminates even more manual entry for you.
